Return Policy: Yay! Glam allows returns within 5 days of delivery for exchange, gift card, or refund. Free returns are only for items that do not match item descriptions and has to be returned in the original condition. Customers are responsible to shipping back items that do not fit or don't want anymore. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetics, earrings, undergarments, and beauty tools (including hair tools). Ensure that items are received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Hygiene seals on swimwear must remain intact for returns.
Yay! Glam is not accountable for non-Yay! Glam and final sale items mistakenly returned. If original postage was paid to receive the order and a return is initiated, this cost is non-refundable.
